About The Position

We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Product Manager to lead key product initiatives that drive customer value and business growth. This is an individual contributor role that requires a strong mix of leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and product strategy. You will own the product roadmap for complex, high-impact features and work closely with engineering, design, go-to-market teams, and executive stakeholders to deliver best-in-class solutions.

Requirements

• Candidate resides in or is within commuting distance to Albuquerque, NM.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer applications preferred (MBA is an added advantage)
• 6+ years of product management experience.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, including verification of prior employment.
• Proven success in leading product initiatives at scale in SaaS, B2B environments
• Experience in cybersecurity or tech industry
• Strong technical fluency — able to partner effectively with engineering teams
• Experience with data analysis and leveraging metrics to drive decisions
• Understanding of time and space complexity modeling
• Designed and implemented unified data models by identifying and normalizing patterns across heterogeneous systems
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Possesses a strong ability to analyze complex technical challenges, synthesize diverse information (user feedback, market data, technical feasibility), and formulate data-driven product strategies and solutions
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically while managing tactical execution
• Passion for building intuitive, customer-centric products
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
• Curious, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for a key domain or product area — from ideation and customer discovery to launch and iteration.
• Define and communicate a bold product vision and strategy aligned with company goals. Translate business and customer needs into a clear product roadmap.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute product plans, deliver quality features on time, and iterate based on user feedback.
• Deeply understand customer problems through user research, analytics, and customer feedback. Use insights to inform decisions and build impactful products.
• Serve as a product thought leader and mentor within the product team. Help elevate the craft of product management across the organization.
• Define success metrics, monitor product performance, and continuously optimize for customer and business impact.
