About The Position

Roku is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead generative AI and creative products for its advertising business. The role owns a portfolio of AI-powered tools that help advertisers create, adapt, and enhance TV ad creative, including AI-generated video ads made from existing brand assets, generative enhancements for Roku ad formats, and tools that adapt creative assets across sizes and placements. The product manager will scale products already in market, identify new opportunities, and take promising concepts through launch. The role sits at the intersection of applied AI, creative workflows, and advertising products, working closely with engineering, design, ad sales, operations, legal, and marketing. It is part of Ad Product Strategy & Operations, a hybrid strategy and execution function that partners with product managers and cross-functional teams to accelerate decisions, ensure launch readiness, operationalize product strategy, and bring products to market. Roku generally works in the office Monday through Thursday, with Fridays generally flexible for remote work, except where a role or office assignment requires attendance five days a week. For California, the estimated annual base salary is $167,300–$307,600. Compensation varies according to candidate-specific factors, including skills, certifications, and location.
