D.R. Horton is seeking a Senior Product Manager to turn business problems into scalable data, AI, and digital products and capabilities. The role works at the intersection of business needs, user experience, data, AI, and technology, and owns discovery, outcomes, prioritization, roadmap decisions, adoption, and value realization. The manager partners with business, design, engineering, analytics, and AI teams, aiming to deliver products that achieve adoption and measurable value, with evidence-based recommendations to scale, change, or stop them. The position owns the vision, roadmap, backlog, business case, success measures, adoption, and lifecycle for assigned products. It involves close engagement with business users and leaders to understand workflows, pain points, variation, decisions, and opportunities; translating those findings into product requirements and prioritized releases; and leading cross-functional teams. The manager measures product usage, operational outcomes, financial impact, and user feedback, and represents the function in relevant discovery, architecture, governance, operational-readiness, and continuous-improvement activities. The role also identifies and pilots opportunities where data, AI, and digital capabilities can create practical business value. The role supervises two or more employees, requires overnight travel, and calls for professional and ethical conduct. D.R. Horton offers a benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage; a 401(k); an employee stock purchase plan; flexible spending accounts; life and disability insurance; vacation, sick, and personal time; company holidays; and other voluntary and company-provided benefits.
