About The Position

This position is focused on hands-on product development and delivery for the Enterprise Payments organization, including converting business requirements into well-defined Agile artifacts that technology teams can execute. The Senior Product Manager will help build and refine the product backlog, support newly forming technology teams, and prepare upcoming work for a planned two-week sprint cadence. The ideal candidate has experience with commercial cards or payment processors and has contributed to complex platform migrations or implementations.

Requirements

  • Product development, product ownership, business analysis, or technology delivery experience within payments, financial services, or a related environment
  • Hands-on experience creating Agile artifacts, particularly epics and features
  • Experience working with commercial card products, card processors, or payment-processing platforms
  • Experience contributing to platform migrations, implementations, integrations, or modernization efforts
  • Working knowledge of Agile delivery, backlog management, and two-week sprint cycles
  • Ability to translate business and operational needs into clear requirements for technology teams
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an evolving delivery environment where teams and processes are still being developed
  • Must reside within the client's approved geographic footprint and be eligible for conversion to full-time employment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Qolo or a Qolo platform implementation
  • Knowledge of issuing, processing, transaction lifecycles, authorization, settlement, reconciliation, or commercial card operations
  • Experience preparing a new product backlog before a technology team begins sprint execution
  • Experience working within a regulated financial-services organization

Responsibilities

  • Support product development and delivery for Enterprise Payments capabilities
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate product requirements into epics, features, acceptance criteria, and other Agile artifacts
  • Create, refine, prioritize, and maintain a delivery-ready product backlog
  • Help newly established technology teams prepare for execution within a two-week sprint cadence
  • Participate in product planning, backlog refinement, sprint planning, stakeholder reviews, and other Agile delivery activities
  • Support commercial card, payment-processing, and payments-platform initiatives throughout the product development lifecycle
  • Contribute to platform migrations and implementations, including requirements definition, process analysis, testing, launch readiness, and stabilization
  • Coordinate with engineering, architecture, operations, risk, compliance, and other partners to resolve questions and clarify requirements
  • Identify product dependencies, delivery risks, and gaps requiring stakeholder decisions
  • Ensure product requirements reflect customer, business, operational, technical, and regulatory needs
  • Track progress and communicate product decisions, delivery status, risks, and next steps to relevant stakeholders
