About The Position

The Senior Product Manager is a key position to support our growth, and we are looking for an experienced product manager to join us! As the Senior Product Manager, you will be working cross-functionally to design, build, and roll-out products and features that align with Drata’s strategy and vision. A top-notch senior product manager will have worked on numerous projects and have a firm grasp of how to satisfy consumers’ needs. Ideal candidates will be equally analytical and creative, and able to justify decisions to a range of stakeholders. This is an ideal position for someone who thrives in changing environments and can build the roadmap to create innovative product offerings.

Requirements

  • 5+ years designing and delivering world-class software products in a Product Management role
  • Deep customer empathy
  • Passion for identifying and solving problems with the ability to conduct effective customer interviews
  • Capable of breaking down a big vision into small deliverables
  • Ruthless prioritization of the backlog
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to pursue opportunities beyond current constraints
  • Exceptional collaboration skills working with PMs, engineers, designers, marketers, and customer success teams
  • Growth mindset with a desire for continuous improvement
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills paired with a data-informed mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Experience launching a new product offering from 0-1 strongly preferred
  • Experience building complex products for Enterprise customers strongly preferred
  • Experience in the Procurement, Vendors, Third-Party Risk or Risk space strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Define roadmap and requirements to solve big customers problems in the Enterprise space
  • Define an MVP experience and quickly learn and iterate based on feedback
  • Form hypotheses and run experiments using lean methodologies
  • Partner closely with engineering and design teams to define, build, and maintain products/features which are critical to growth and retention
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams on release plans and documentation to deliver value to our customers
  • Proactively partner across teams to anticipate and address risks and dependencies
  • Communicate progress and plan to leadership, peers, etc.
