Responsibilities

  • Lead new features and products uniquely enabled by Web3 technology on our newly released Amex Passport product.
  • Create novel experiences across travel, dining, and entertainment that drive habitual engagement with our Card Members.
  • Invent new offerings that strengthen connections with our Card Members and expand the value of Amex Passport.
  • Conduct market research to pinpoint customer needs.
  • Define the customer experience.
  • Own the core end-to-end UI/UX flows that bring new product experiences to life.
  • Articulate requirements.
  • Deliver product features.
  • Define complex architecture in partnership with technology teams.
  • Evolve the product backlog.
  • Own key relationships with the transaction and data teams, marketing, design, and other teams across American Express.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for design and cross-functional partners, ensuring that product experiences are cohesive, intuitive, and aligned with broader business objectives.
  • Work closely with AI-enabled capabilities, including agents, to explore and develop new ways of enhancing Card Member experiences.
