Responsibilities

Lead new features and products uniquely enabled by Web3 technology on our newly released Amex Passport product.
Create novel experiences across travel, dining, and entertainment that drive habitual engagement with our Card Members.
Invent new offerings that strengthen connections with our Card Members and expand the value of Amex Passport.
Conduct market research to pinpoint customer needs.
Define the customer experience.
Own the core end-to-end UI/UX flows that bring new product experiences to life.
Articulate requirements.
Deliver product features.
Define complex architecture in partnership with technology teams.
Evolve the product backlog.
Own key relationships with the transaction and data teams, marketing, design, and other teams across American Express.
Serve as the main point of contact for design and cross-functional partners, ensuring that product experiences are cohesive, intuitive, and aligned with broader business objectives.
Work closely with AI-enabled capabilities, including agents, to explore and develop new ways of enhancing Card Member experiences.
