About The Position

Regal is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own a core product area end-to-end, including its roadmap, execution, and success metrics. Reporting to the VP of Product, this role partners closely with engineering and design to take customer problems from discovery and framing through launch, adoption, measurement, and iteration. The Senior Product Manager will develop a deep understanding of customer needs, translate insights into clear product bets, and ship polished, intuitive experiences on a weekly cadence while maintaining a high bar for quality. The role calls for an entrepreneurial, AI-native generalist who can navigate technical problems, move quickly amid ambiguity, and turn complex customer challenges into effective product experiences. The position is based at Regal's Midtown Manhattan headquarters and follows a hybrid schedule: in-office Tuesday through Thursday, with Monday and Friday optional.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience as a Product Manager; ideally has owned a key product area at a prior company.
  • Experience driving multiple initiatives end-to-end, from identifying customer problems through launch, and ability to discuss their impact and tradeoffs.
  • Deep familiarity with AI-driven product development.
  • Proficiency in Claude Code and Cursor, with an informed perspective on the direction of AI.
  • Strong customer instincts and examples of translating complex technical subject matter into solutions for customer needs.
  • Experience using or working on developer-facing products.
  • Ability and willingness to engage deeply in technical execution to define how a product should work.
  • Entrepreneurial, high-agency approach: leads initiatives with limited guidance, works quickly amid ambiguity, and demonstrates urgency and ownership.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn the customer, product domain, services, and terminology in depth.
  • Strong point of view on product direction, supported by curiosity and the ability to explain and defend decisions.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to clarify ambiguous situations and communicate effectively with engineering, design, customers, and executives.
  • High standards for individual and team work, and reliability when incidents occur or customers need support.
