Learn more at insightsoftware.com. Job Description: Job Summary We are seeking a n experienced Senior Product Manager to own the Broker Integrations domain within Certent Equity Management . This role requires deep expertise in Brokerage Operations and Integration s as well as Product Management experience. You will be responsible for defining product strategy, writing detailed requirements, and driving execution for multiple types of Broker offerings that Certent supports . This is a hands-on, execution-focused role requiring both domain expertise and the ability to translate business needs into clear, implementable requirements for engineering teams.

Requirements

  • 5 + years in product management roles, preferably in B2B SaaS environments
  • 3 + years of experience in the Equity Management space
  • Proven track record of delivering complex SaaS features, enhancements, or modules from concept to launch
  • Proven experience in developing and managing software products and integrations , preferably related to equity management
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities with the aptitude for influencing and building consensus amo ng stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Deep understanding of equity compensation principles , including stock options, RSUs, ESPP, performance awards, and international equity programs
  • Deep understanding of Broker transactional environments , especially the FIX protocol
  • Deep understanding of Broker processes of inquiry execution and settlement of participant transactions
  • Bachelor’s degree in B usiness , Finance, or related field

Nice To Haves

  • CEP (Certified Equity Professional) Level 1 certification or higher
  • MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management frameworks
  • Experience with platform migrations, system implementations, or large-scale transformation projects

Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap for Broker - related new offerings and enhancements , balancing Broker partner needs, our customers’ needs, competitive positioning, regulatory requirements, and platform scalability
  • Define multi-quarter feature priorities based on revenue impact, broker partnership requirements, competitive positioning and technical dependencies
  • Conduct competitive analysis of competitive brokerage offerings
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and broker partners to identify feature gaps to deliver best in class solutions
  • Write comprehensive Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) with detailed functional specifications, user workflows, edge cases, and acceptance criteria
  • Conduct technical detail review sessions with engineering teams before development begins to ensure alignment of requirements and implementation risks
  • Define system integrations and UI/UX models with precision appropriate for financial transaction integrations and financial services usage
  • Partner with Security and Compliance teams to ensure features and integrations meet regulatory and Broker security requirements
  • Partner with Admin and other Certent Product Managers to e nsure fit and integration compatibility
  • Collaborate with Professional Services on Broker implementations, identifying best practices for timely implementations
  • Work with Product Marketing on Broker offering positioning, feature launches, and sales enablement materials
  • Coordinate with Compliance and Legal teams on regulatory issues and other challenges working with broker-dealers
  • Lead customer discovery sessions to understand pain points, workflows, and feature requirements
  • Conduct demos and training for broker partners and internal teams
  • Support Sales in competitive evaluations, RFP responses, and proof-of-concept engagements with new Broker recruiting efforts
  • Participate in Bank of America, UBS , and other broker partner business reviews
