About The Position

The Senior Product Manager will work on Workday’s Intelligent Experience Platform (IXP), a Core Services team in the Platform organization. IXP builds foundational technology for a unified, intelligent, seamless, and agent-ready experience across Workday applications. The role leads product strategy at the intersection of platform services and enterprise software, partnering with engineering leads and architects to shape core capabilities such as Docs, Print, and other content and communication services. It balances modernization of legacy systems with delivery of the platform foundation for Workday’s future vision, and translates technical investments into business value. The role owns the roadmap for one or more IXP products and leads migration from legacy systems to modern services, including API-accessible platforms designed for human and agentic consumption. It makes business cases for emerging opportunities, represents the platform to partner teams across Workday, negotiates requirements in line with product strategy, and uses usage data and telemetry to assess outcomes and inform priorities. The position requires customer advocacy, research-informed product thinking, strategic perspective, and the ability to align stakeholders across technical and business teams. Workday describes its flexible work approach as combining in-person and remote work. Teams spend at least 50% of their time each quarter in an office or in the field with customers, prospects, and partners, depending on the role. Remote home-office employees may also come together in offices for important moments. The primary location is Boulder, Colorado, with additional U.S. locations listed. The application deadline is October 30, 2026.
