About The Position

Mindera is seeking a Product Manager to lead the evolution and adoption of a Design System supporting consistent, scalable, high-quality digital experiences across web and app platforms. The role strengthens shared design foundations, evolves visual guidelines, and increases the use of reusable components in place of individually built interfaces to improve consistency, reduce duplication, and help product teams deliver more efficiently. The Product Manager will bridge Design and Engineering, ensuring the Design System meets the needs of different product teams and evolves in line with business priorities, user needs, and technical requirements. The Design System is managed as a strategic product, with ownership of its vision, roadmap, governance, and adoption across the wider digital ecosystem. The role is expected to travel to the UK at least once or twice a month. Mindera values empathy, self-organization, clear communication, and a positive attitude. The company encourages AI use to support product management, analysis, and documentation, while emphasizing product thinking, decision-making, and collaboration. Candidates planning to use AI during interviews should be transparent about it. The role may be performed remotely from Portugal. Remote work from other countries depends on the candidate’s location and project. Mindera also has offices in Porto, Aveiro, and Coimbra.
