Requirements

  • Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in product management.
  • Option 2: 9 years’ experience in product management or related area.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products
  • Have an ability to make sound product decisions based on data and a deep understanding of customers.
  • Demonstrate an entrepreneurial track record of bringing product ideas to reality.
  • Have an ability to quickly absorb domain knowledge and technical concepts; and to synthesize and communicate to different audiences.
  • Can connect customer problems to long-term business strategy and translate vision into actionable roadmaps.
  • Demonstrate curiosity and practical understanding of how AI can enhance customer experiences, accelerate product development, and drive smarter decision-making at scale.
  • Have deep empathy for your customers and team.
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 4 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products
  • We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for key areas of the omni-channel commerce strategy.
  • Spend time in the field to build a deep understanding of customer needs, so that you can make high-impact product decisions.
  • Use data and customer insights to prioritize product investments based on customer & business impact.
  • Work with your partners in engineering and design to efficiently define, validate and ship products that deliver impact for customers.
  • Evangelize your product vision to drive cross-functional understanding and alignment on product strategy and roadmap.
  • Lead alignment across engineering, design, analytics, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless customer experiences.
