Requirements
- Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in product management.
- Option 2: 9 years’ experience in product management or related area.
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products
- Have an ability to make sound product decisions based on data and a deep understanding of customers.
- Demonstrate an entrepreneurial track record of bringing product ideas to reality.
- Have an ability to quickly absorb domain knowledge and technical concepts; and to synthesize and communicate to different audiences.
- Can connect customer problems to long-term business strategy and translate vision into actionable roadmaps.
- Demonstrate curiosity and practical understanding of how AI can enhance customer experiences, accelerate product development, and drive smarter decision-making at scale.
- Have deep empathy for your customers and team.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 4 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products
- We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
- The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.

Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for key areas of the omni-channel commerce strategy.
- Spend time in the field to build a deep understanding of customer needs, so that you can make high-impact product decisions.
- Use data and customer insights to prioritize product investments based on customer & business impact.
- Work with your partners in engineering and design to efficiently define, validate and ship products that deliver impact for customers.
- Evangelize your product vision to drive cross-functional understanding and alignment on product strategy and roadmap.
- Lead alignment across engineering, design, analytics, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless customer experiences.
