About The Position

Aechelon Technology, Inc. is a leading producer of 3D simulator content, including Geospecific visual/sensor databases and realistic 3D models. We will give you a chance to work with some of the most talented people in the graphics industry. We are looking for Senior Product Managers to help us in our mission to make pilots safer. The Product Manager’s role is to work with internal and external stakeholders to guide the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our advanced flight simulation solutions. This individual will be instrumental in defining and executing product initiatives across our high-fidelity visual systems, ensuring our offerings meet rigorous military standards and evolving customer needs. The primary workplace for this position is Aechelon Technology’s South San Francisco Headquarters. United States citizenship is required due to restrictions on access to certain data.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience.
  • Proven success working with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver complex technical products.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • United States citizenship is required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience across cloud and on-prem software as well as hardware products (ideally that utilized sensor technology)
  • Experience with image generation systems, real-time graphics, or synthetic environments.
  • Familiarity with military training and simulation requirements (e.g., FAA Level D, Navy TCTS II, Army Synthetic Training Environment).
  • Experience with creating synthetic data environments for use in training AI/ML models for autonomous vehicle testing.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full product lifecycle of Aechelon’s simulation or synthetic data solutions, from concept to delivery.
  • Serve as the primary product point of contact for external stakeholders, system integrators, and internal teams.
  • Gather, analyze, and synthesize customer requirements to shape future capabilities.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Program Management, Systems Engineering, QA, and content teams to translate complex technical requirements into actionable work plans.
  • Guide development of work plans by prioritizing backlogs to deliver features on schedule.
