About The Position

Personal loans are the fastest-growing consumer credit product in the US, with originations increasing significantly last year. Lendable, a market-leading and profitable company in the UK, launched US Personal Loans in 2022 and has since built a strong foundation with nearly $500 million in originations. The company is now focused on aggressive growth in the US market and is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own multiple product areas, define strategy, ship features, and drive outcomes end-to-end to support this expansion.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Product, Strategy, or Analytics, with at least 2 years in a product management role.
  • 3+ years in fintech, financial services, or a strong grasp of lending and credit.
  • Highly curious, systems thinker who connects dots and thinks through end-to-end impact.
  • Experience building with AI (agents, workflows, code generation, analysis).
  • Track record of shipping products that moved real business metrics.
  • Comfortable with data and SQL; able to ask questions and answer them independently.

Responsibilities

  • Getting proprietary credit models into production by working with data science to turn research into real lending decisions.
  • Designing and building automations to make the operations team dramatically more efficient.
  • Using data to ideate valuable initiatives that could improve credit quality, reduce losses, help the customer, or grow volume.
  • Figuring out how best to use LLMs to intelligently aid with customer service, servicing, and collections.
  • A/B testing customer journeys from application through to servicing to find what moves conversion, satisfaction, and repayment.
  • Improving the post-origination experience, including payments, customer support, and all aspects after a loan is funded.
  • Leading the team, aligning and motivating everyone, and continuously improving the tools and processes used to deliver at speed.
