LINQ•Denver, CO
•$130,000 - $145,000

About The Position

LINQ is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own its reporting and analytics product, a visible, cross-cutting initiative spanning all of the company’s product lines. The role will lead the development and launch of a tiered reporting experience, helping K–12 districts use accurate, timely insights to make decisions about budgets, staffing, and student meals. The position owns the product end-to-end, from customer problem definition and roadmap through backlog, delivery, launch, and iteration. It will lead selection and implementation of a business intelligence platform in partnership with engineering and architecture, align reporting needs across ERP, Nutrition, Payments, and State product teams, and ensure internal teams have consistent, trustworthy reporting. The Senior Product Manager will also contribute to product strategy, business cases, risk management, and long-term technical platform decisions. LINQ is a cloud-based software company serving K–12 school districts with integrated finance, HR, nutrition management, and payment solutions. The role requires less than 10% travel. Compensation is a base salary of $130,000–$145,000 plus an 8% bonus.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of product management experience on SaaS products, including some experience owning a reporting, data, or infrastructure-adjacent product area.
  • Demonstrated experience owning a complex, multi-stakeholder product involving meaningful tradeoffs, especially where the technical foundation and customer-facing product must be built in sequence.
  • Strong customer discovery skills, including conducting district or enterprise customer interviews, synthesizing findings into prioritized problems, and guarding against confirmation bias.
  • Ability to drive alignment across multiple product teams without direct authority.
  • Ability to sequence work, communicate uncertainty, and make the case for investment before the payoff is immediate.
  • Actively uses AI tools to accelerate research, synthesis, writing, analysis, and rapid prototyping, and is curious about using AI to validate ideas faster internally and with customers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in K–12 EdTech, public sector SaaS, or compliance-heavy domains.
  • Familiarity with federal and state reporting requirements, including SRC and FERPA.

  • Partner with engineering leadership on architecture and platform decisions, including data infrastructure, tooling, and the long-term technical foundation for scalable reporting.
  • Identify and surface risks, including compliance exposure from legacy tooling, data trust gaps that block AI adoption, and sequencing dependencies across a multi-year roadmap.
