Zonda is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead innovation and strategic development within key areas of the TrustBuilder Customer Experience and Reviews platforms. Requirements

3-5 years of experience in a senior product management role, ideally within a digital platform or consumer-facing product.
Strong proficiency in the Atlassian suite of products (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Passion for working with diverse teams and driving collaborative success.

Nice To Haves

Experience in real estate, proptech, or Voice of the Customer/CX platforms.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and user-centered design principles.

Responsibilities

Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for assigned areas of TrustBuilder CX (formerly Eliant) and TrustBuilder Reviews.
Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
Leverage data, user feedback, and market trends to inform product decisions.
Foster a culture of innovation and customer-centricity across teams.
