About The Position

The Amazon Currency Converter for Buyers (ACCB) business is looking for an experienced, self-motivated, and highly analytical Senior Product Manager - Technical with international/cross-border technology experience to manage the existing service and drive opportunities to expand the product offering. ACCB offers the possibility to customers to pay in their local currency of choice, irrespective of the marketplace currency. ACCB’s benefit to Customers starts with providing the total price of their purchase in a currency they are familiar with before placing their order, instead of having to wait to know the precise currency exchange rate - and sometimes fees - charged by their bank. In case of returns, Customers are refunded the amount initially paid independently of how foreign exchange rates have shifted.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
• Experience managing technical products or online services
• Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

• Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
• Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

• Own aspects of ACCB product and technical platform
• Identify areas of opportunity and act as a champion for prioritization
• Engage with internal and external partners to monitor performance and drive operational excellence
