About The Position

As a Product Manager in Amazon Prime Video, you will be responsible for the product, user experience, design, and technology to create cutting-edge experiences for customers. This role involves fast-paced, challenging, and diverse projects, encouraging experimentation, risk-taking, and collaboration. Requirements

  • 2+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience
  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience managing technical products or online services
  • Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
  • Strong business judgment
  • Deep customer-centric mindset
  • Technical proficiency to synthesize technologies and capabilities into high-quality products

Nice To Haves

  • Interest in the streaming landscape
  • Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
  • Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Responsibilities

  • Own and help define the vision and build the roadmap for the future of Prime Video on Mobile.
  • Participate in developing strategy and vision, and develop product roadmaps translated into crisp business requirements and user stories.
  • Understand and apply the impact of AI, including agentic systems, on product development to make better product decisions.
  • Leverage AI to accelerate development cycles and deliver customer benefits faster.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal Prime Video teams (engineering, personalization, UX, research, marketing, finance) to achieve the mission of becoming a global entertainment destination.
  • Utilize mental models and data-driven decision-making.
  • Communicate effectively verbally and in writing with leaders at all levels.
  • Define and obsess over input and output metrics to measure experience health and set bold, achievable goals for business and customer outcomes.
  • Drive cross-functional projects.
  • Navigate trade-offs, ambiguity, and influence without authority.
