CoStar Group is on the lookout for a Senior Product Manager - Mobile to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our research-focused mobile app. You'll partner closely with engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders to ship features that delight users and drive measurable business outcomes. This position is in Richmond, VA, and offers a schedule of Monday to Thursday in office and work from home on Friday. This role increasingly involves using AI tools to work faster and smarter. We expect the PM in this role to actively use AI tools as part of the day-to-day workflow, including: Research & synthesis : Using AI assistants to summarize user interviews, support tickets, app store reviews, and competitive research to surface themes faster Requirements & documentation : Drafting and refining PRDs, user stories, and specs with AI assistance, then editing for accuracy and context Rapid prototyping : Using AI-powered design/no-code tools to mockup flows or interactive prototypes for early stakeholder feedback before committing engineering resources Data analysis : Leveraging AI-assisted analytics (natural-language queries against product data, anomaly detection, cohort analysis) to speed up insight generation A/B test design & analysis : Using AI tools to help design experiments and interpret results QA & release support : Using AI-assisted testing tools to help identify edge cases or regressions before release Roadmap communication : Using AI to help translate technical roadmaps into stakeholder-friendly updates and presentations

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited, not-for-profit , in-person University or College.
A track record of commitment to prior employers
3+ years of digital Product Management experience with a proven track
Experience defining and detailing product requirements and launching products/functionality enhancements to meet customer needs.
Collaboration experience with development resources to prioritize features in an agile-scrum process.
Experience using Agentic tooling in day-to-day workflows
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience creating wireframes & mock-ups to visually convey and inspire product ideas.

Nice To Haves

5+ years of digital Product Management experience with a proven track record delivering industry-leading products and solutions.
5+ years of experience managing the development of digital content products that support Marketing initiatives, including email marketing tools and event marketing management.
Familiarity with Google Analytics and other analytics tools, as well as CRM systems, to track performance metrics and inform product decisions.

Responsibilities

Drive Success: Lead the development of our Marketing tools, ensuring alignment with Marketing objectives to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
Problem-Solving: Craft clear, actionable problem statements and utilize your expertise in iterative software delivery to prioritize and groom minimal viable products (MVPs).
Customer-Centric Roadmap: Leverage customer insights to shape the product roadmap for Marketing initiatives, focusing on UX/UI patterns that deliver world-class omnichannel experiences.
Product Ownership: Take ownership of the near-term product roadmap, effectively prioritizing features to achieve key business outcomes while identifying leverage points within complex problems.
Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data-driven decision-making to define success metrics and measurable outcomes, balancing risk assessment with innovative approaches to enhance product delivery.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Tech partners and Marketing teams to share the business strategy and roadmap, facilitating agile ceremonies and ensuring a cohesive approach to product development.
Proactive Strategy: Identify opportunities for improvement in security, resilience, and performance metrics, ensuring a strategic and proactive approach to product capabilities.
Stakeholder Communication: Clearly communicate a 6-month vision to senior stakeholders and partner teams, maintaining transparency on risks and impediments while building strong cross-functional relationships.
Team Development: Contribute to a positive team culture by leading recruitment efforts and mentoring junior product associates, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
