About The Position

365 Retail Markets is a global provider of unattended retail technology, offering smart self-service solutions since 2008. Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the roadmap for Seed Pro, the core vending operations module used by all Seed customers.
  • Translate operator pain points (e.g., route efficiency, machine uptime, planogram and pricing management, cash and inventory accountability) into a prioritized backlog.
  • Partner with engineering, design, and support to deliver features that improve operator outcomes such as revenue per machine, waste reduction, and labor efficiency.
  • Act as a liaison to Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services teams for product knowledge support.
  • Own and drive the roadmap for the Seed data products suite: Spotlight, Copilot, Analytics, and Intelligence.
  • Champion the use of data and AI to provide operators with business insights and guidance.
  • Identify opportunities for AI/ML to transform operator data into actionable recommendations for all customer sizes.

  • Develop deep understanding of how unattended retail operators run their businesses and the functional roles within operator organizations.
  • Engage with operators of varying sizes and sophistication.
  • Actively use AI tools for personal productivity in product management tasks (research, spec writing, roadmap analysis) and model this for mentored PMs.
  • Contribute to the OE team's efforts to enhance organizational productivity through AI tooling.
