About The Position

Glide Ignite is looking for a product manager who uses AI development tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot to accelerate product discovery, validation, and delivery. We are seeking a product leader who starts with customer problems, develops product strategy, and uses AI-assisted development to rapidly prototype solutions, validate ideas, and reduce time to insight. This is a product-first role for someone who excels at customer understanding, prioritization, and strategy, while using modern AI tools to learn faster and drive better outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strong product judgment with a hands-on builder mindset. They are comfortable talking to customers, defining success metrics, creating prototypes, and partnering with engineering to scale validated ideas into production products.
