About The Position

Crypto.com is looking for a hands-on Senior Product Manager to own the CDNA Exchange platform end-to-end. This technology powers their flagship "OG" product and a growing roster of global B2B and B2C brands. The exchange is the backbone of the entire Predictions business, and improvements in matching, settlement, and reliability directly impact trading volume, partner revenue, and the number of brands that can be supported. The mandate is to make the Predictions Exchange the default operating system for prediction markets by prioritizing the engineering backlog, owning delivery from concept to post-launch, and aligning technical execution with commercial goals. The role offers independence in managing the roadmap, reporting to the VP of Product who sets overall strategy and prioritization. This role is at the frontier of prediction markets, involving complex technology, real-money and real-time traffic, and the opportunity to define the playbook.

Requirements

Proven execution as an individual contributor with a track record of getting things done independently.
Full product-lifecycle ownership, managing products from requirement-gathering through launch and post-launch optimization, with demonstrable outcomes.
Comfort with complex, technical platforms, working effectively with large engineering teams and understanding exchange, transactional, or other high-throughput real-time systems.
Sports domain interest, bringing a solid understanding of or genuine, demonstrable interest in the sports industry.
Experience with cross-timezone coordination, keeping teams and stakeholders across Europe and the US aligned.
Ability to thrive in high-growth ambiguity, being comfortable with fast-shifting priorities and demonstrating continued shipping through such periods.

Nice To Haves

Exchange technology or prediction-markets experience, including building against matching engines, order books, or settlement systems.
Crypto or fintech background, understanding the regulatory, security, and real-money stakes native to the space.

Responsibilities

Own the Predictions Exchange as its dedicated PM and DRI for the CDNA platform.
Take end-to-end ownership of delivery, from conceptualization and requirements through shipping and post-launch optimization.
Prioritize the backlog for a large engineering team, making tradeoff calls and translating business goals into technical requirements.
Streamline the product development process by working with leadership to tighten the development process, cut cycle time, remove ambiguity, and make shipping faster and more predictable.
Ensure the exchange scales as the backbone of operations, owning reliability and scalability as volume, brands, and markets grow.
