Senior Product Manager, Platform Integrity

KlaviyoBoston, MA
Hybrid

About The Position

Klaviyo's platform is built on secure, scalable account and identity systems. As the company grows into more complex enterprise use cases and regulated environments, account integrity, abuse prevention, and flexible organization modeling become critical. This Senior Product Manager role is a high-impact, cross-functional position that sits at the intersection of the Platform Integrity & Protection area (PAA) and the Accounts teams. The role partners closely with Identity & Access Management (IAM), Security, Compliance, and Core Platform teams to define how accounts are created, structured, secured, and governed across Klaviyo. The Senior Product Manager will own the end-to-end strategy across Platform Integrity & Protection (PAA) and Accounts, serving as the single-threaded product owner to ensure cohesive decisions around security, identity, and account structure. This position is responsible for shaping how Klaviyo protects customer accounts, prevents abuse, models accounts and organizations at scale, supports enterprise, compliance, and multi-entity use cases, and builds platform tools for self-serve capabilities and scalable workflows. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days/week in the Boston office; fully remote candidates will not be considered.
