We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the employee and manager experience for our Performance Management Process. This role will partner closely with Talent Enablement & Development, People Technology, HR, business leaders, managers, employees, and technical teams to design, launch, and continuously improve our new performance experience using Betterworks. This person will serve as the product owner for the performance management experience after go-live, translating talent strategy into clear product requirements, managing the internal roadmap, understanding the Betterworks roadmap, prioritizing enhancements, and ensuring the process and system are simple, useful, and adopted by employees and managers.
