We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Senior Partner Product Manager to lead and scale our Partner product domain - the end-to-end platform, tools, and embedded experiences that power a critical revenue channel. This is a domain leadership role with accountability for business outcomes, team leadership, and roadmap execution. You will define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap across Partner Consumer and Agent experiences, integrations, embedded enrollment capabilities, and operational workflows - ensuring alignment to company growth objectives. You will lead and develop a team of Product Managers, bringing clarity and direction to complex, multi-stakeholder problem spaces. In environments where requirements are evolving and perspectives vary, you will establish priorities, define measurable outcomes, and drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Operations, and Technology teams. Success in this role means delivering measurable impact - increasing partner adoption, improving revenue contribution, strengthening operational efficiency, and scaling the effectiveness of our Partner platform. You will serve as the accountable product leader for the Partner domain, using data, discovery, and disciplined experimentation to continuously improve performance and execution. This is not a feature-delivery role. It is domain-level ownership with clear accountability for outcomes.
