Every request Microsoft 365 serves depends on the network beneath it — a global fabric spanning every geography Microsoft operates in, serving hundreds of millions of people. As Microsoft 365 grows and its infrastructure continues to move toward an Azure-native footprint, the network has to evolve with it: toward explicit, identity-aware connectivity, stronger regional isolation, and smaller failure domains. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own network connectivity strategy for the platform. That evolution is where you would start, and the charter continues well past it. You will shape long-term architecture direction with the teams that own and depend on the network. This is an AI-first product management role. AI is changing what the PM role consists of, and that change is accelerating. We expect someone who already works this way, or is eager to, and who brings the team with them. This role requires on-call for the platform. The network sits on the critical path for Microsoft 365, and product management here comes with real operational ownership — including occasional out-of-hours engagement during live incidents. This position is based in Redmond, Washington and requires the employee be in the office a minimum of 3 days per week. Microsoft's mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.
