Senior Product Manager, Legal
About The Position
Be the owner of an exciting product portfolio that will allow you to have a big impact on how lawyers practice law and make legal services more accessible; Be a key owner of developing our Product Management processes and be a major influencer in effecting change at Clio; Collect business requirements and work with the Product team to design new features; Connect and engage with internal and external customers for research and feedback as required that will drive your product strategy and roadmap; Balance the qualitative with the quantitative by using data to support and guide your decision making; Work across Clio departments (Development, Product Design, Marketing, Sales, Support, etc.) to ship and launch products that customers love.
Requirements
- Senior Product Manager role requires experience in product management
- Experience in developing Product Management processes
- Ability to collect business requirements
- Experience working with Product teams to design new features
- Experience connecting and engaging with internal and external customers for research and feedback
- Ability to drive product strategy and roadmap
- Ability to balance qualitative and quantitative data to support decision making
- Experience working across departments (Development, Product Design, Marketing, Sales, Support, etc.) to ship and launch products
