About The Position

You will work closely with business teams and legal colleagues to help manage risk and support informed decision-making across the company. In this role, you will coordinate legal review processes, synthesize information, and help translate legal guidance into practical actions. You will partner with analysts and attorneys to gather relevant information, assess potential risks, and contribute to the development of clear, actionable recommendations. This role requires attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple requests while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Requirements

• Excellent institutional memory; ability to apply past precedents and context to new requests to ensure a unified legal approach.
• Comfortable navigating various LLM interfaces (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to manage high-volume, repetitive tasks; skilled in prompt engineering and content auditing to maintain high-quality outputs.
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to be professional, clear, and adjust to different audiences
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively while handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Ability to manage one’s own workload and prioritize appropriately when faced with ambiguity
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Manage and triage requests for legal review from business teams, maintaining excellent ticket hygiene, data accuracy, and documentation
• Conduct investigations, prepare summaries, and present findings and risk considerations to attorneys to support legal analysis and decision-making.
• Translate complex legal guidance into clear, actionable advice for cross-functional partners and track implementation to ensure completion.
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy, managing complex and ambiguous projects with minimal supervision.
• Support the development and delivery of compliance-related trainings and materials.
• Proactively identify and implement improvements to legal workflows, documentation standards, and intake systems to increase team throughput.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for specific legal operations domains, providing guidance to business partners and mentoring peers.
