About The Position

CallRail is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy and end-to-end ownership of either ad platform integrations (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta) or CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, and vertical systems). These integrations are critical for transforming CallRail's data into tangible customer value by connecting marketing efforts to sales outcomes. The role involves defining strategy, enhancing existing integrations beyond MVP, and managing the customer experience from discovery to troubleshooting. This position also serves as a foundation for other teams, such as Voice Assist, where AI capabilities depend on the integration's data read/write functions. The ideal candidate will be genuinely AI-fluent, comfortable using AI tools daily to enhance their work and build AI-driven product features. This role is suited for a self-motivated Product Manager adept at both strategic product direction and hands-on delivery with engineering teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience.
  • 2+ years focused on integrations, partner ecosystems, or platform-oriented work.
  • Demonstrated AI fluency in day-to-day practice, using AI tools for research synthesis, competitive analysis, spec drafting, data exploration, and prototyping.
  • Track record of shipping B2B SaaS integrations end-to-end (CRMs, ad platforms, marketing automation, analytics, or communication tools).
  • Strong technical fluency, including comfort with API documentation, data models, auth flows, and scoping edge cases with engineers.
  • Proven ability to manage complex product surfaces involving partner APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and data syncing.
  • Experience building product surfaces that other product teams depend on, including roadmap negotiation and commitment management.
  • Ability to prioritize clearly across business goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility, and explain reasoning effectively.
  • Comfort working directly with Support, Sales, and Marketing to translate their input into prioritized work and keep them informed.
  • Experience in Agile teams working closely with engineers and designers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in documenting integration decisions.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Looker, Fullstory, Figma.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience with ad platform measurement (offline conversion imports, value-based bidding, consent and privacy changes, attribution signal loss).
  • Hands-on experience with CRM data models and lifecycle (lead/contact objects, custom fields, activity logging, syncing into existing workflows).
  • Experience shipping an AI-powered feature to production and owning its quality, cost, and evaluation.
  • Experience with MCP, agent frameworks, or designing APIs for AI consumption.
  • Experience in marketing tech, communications tools, or call tracking ecosystems.
  • Background working with public APIs and/or developer experience tools.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product strategy for an integration domain, synthesizing input from Partnerships, business strategy, and customer feedback.
  • Define and own core integrations, aligning them with business goals, customer needs, and strategic partnerships.
  • Enhance existing integrations beyond MVP by filling functional gaps, expanding data coverage, and improving overall quality.
  • Manage the customer experience for integrations, including discovery, connection, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Lead customer and partner discovery to validate problems before scoping solutions.
  • Partner with the other integrations PM on shared design patterns like data sync, authentication, webhooks, and third-party APIs to ensure efficiency and coherence.
  • Stay updated on partner platform roadmaps and the evolving privacy and measurement landscape.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the integration experience using AI, such as intelligent field mapping, automated setup, and enriched data pushing.
  • Shape how CallRail's integration data is consumed by AI agents and assistants.
  • Monitor success metrics, product health, and user feedback for continuous refinement of the integration domain.
  • Prioritize net-new work against fixes and migrations, and clearly communicate these decisions.
  • Ensure visibility and scheduling for essential but less glamorous integration work like bug fixes, migrations, and reliability improvements.
  • Partner with other product teams (e.g., Voice Assist) whose features rely on integrations, treating the integration domain as a platform.
  • Collaborate with Product Design on integration experiences, focusing on simplifying complex configurations.
  • Write clear, actionable epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria with technical context and edge cases.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience on launches, enablement, and adoption.
  • Collaborate with Support to translate ticket patterns into prioritized work and provide timely solutions.
  • Represent the integrations domain in planning cycles, executive updates, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Use AI daily as a working tool for tasks like ticket clustering, spec drafting, data analysis, and prototyping.
  • Build personal leverage by writing Claude skills, agents, and internal workflows.
  • Contribute to shaping CallRail's platform as a consumption point for AI agents.
  • Stay current with AI tooling and its practical applications.
