As a Senior Product Manager II, Risk, you will lead the RiskSquad and collaborate closely with the Risk Operations and Risk Analytics domains to identify and address vulnerabilities within the platform. This role involves working horizontally across more than 20 product teams at Housecall Pro to pinpoint platform risks and deliver scalable solutions that safeguard money movement, accounts, and communications, ensuring minimal friction for legitimate Pros and their customers. You will partner with various teams to identify fraud, security, and abuse risks in new and existing launches, implementing practical protections that balance safety, customer experience, and delivery timelines. Key responsibilities include aligning stakeholders on vulnerabilities and mitigations, translating ambiguity into clear plans, and leading incident response for emerging threats. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership of Risk-related product initiatives, is data-driven, customer-focused, and passionate about building systems that positively impact Pros' and Housecall Pro's business.
