$160,000 - $200,000Hybrid

About The Position

Powered by TodayTix (PxT) is TodayTix Group's enterprise ticketing and e-commerce division, providing the technology and tools for leading cultural organizations, attractions, and live events to power their box office and drive online sales. The PxT team is building a platform to help these organizations thrive. This role involves owning product discovery and delivery for a key area of the platform, working directly with producers and event organizers to understand their needs, shape solutions, and bring them to life with engineering and design teams. The ideal candidate will leverage AI for prototyping, validation, and learning, and will be comfortable starting with ambiguity to identify opportunities and form hypotheses. This position is at the intersection of user experience and business strategy, valuing speed, learning, and measurable outcomes. The role also includes managing or mentoring other Product Managers to grow product craft across the team. This is a full-time position requiring the candidate to be based in the greater New York City area, with a hybrid work model involving a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.

  • 5–8 years of building products in high-growth environments (startups, consumer platforms, SaaS companies, or entrepreneurial ventures).
  • Experience managing or mentoring product managers, with a genuine desire to grow PM craft across the team.
  • Demonstrated builder mindset (launching products, founding something, side projects, experimentation, or creating new processes).
  • Strong experience owning product initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration.
  • Strong communication and strategic thinking skills — able to articulate ideas, navigate tradeoffs, and influence decisions.
  • Fluency with AI tools as part of your daily workflow — using them habitually to accelerate research, prototyping, decision-making, and execution.
  • Comfort in fast-paced, cross-functional environments — ability to collaborate across design, engineering, and commercial teams.
  • Must be based in the greater New York City area.
