The Powered by TodayTix (PxT) division is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their team. PxT provides ticketing and e-commerce technology to cultural organizations, attractions, and live events. The ideal candidate thrives on data, moves fast, and is obsessed with improving how people discover, buy, and experience live events. This role involves owning product discovery and delivery for a key platform area, working with producers and event organizers, and leveraging AI tools. The position is at the intersection of user experience and business strategy, requiring strong product instinct, platform thinking, and a focus on speed, learning, and measurable outcomes. The role also includes managing or mentoring other PMs. This is a full-time position based in the greater New York City area, requiring a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of building products in high-growth environments – whether at startups, consumer platforms, SaaS companies, or entrepreneurial ventures.
  • Experience managing or mentoring product managers, with a genuine desire to grow PM craft across the team
  • Demonstrated builder mindset — whether through launching products, founding something, side projects, experimentation, or creating new processes from scratch.
  • Strong experience owning product initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration.
  • Strong communication and strategic thinking skills — able to articulate ideas, navigate tradeoffs, and influence decisions.
  • Fluency with AI tools as part of your daily workflow — using them habitually to accelerate research, prototyping, decision-making, and execution.
  • Comfort in fast-paced, cross-functional environments — you know how to collaborate across design, engineering, and commercial teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in live events, hospitality, marketplace, or premium consumer experiences is a plus.
  • Familiarity with experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, or marketing technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with event producers and organizers — inside and outside the MARI group — to understand needs, identify opportunities, and help define product direction.
  • Use AI tools to create prototypes, synthesize research, and communicate product ideas clearly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to deliver platform features that solve real customer problems.
  • Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements and priorities.
  • Contribute to roadmap development and prioritization across the broader PxT platform.
  • Track and assess product performance using data and measurable outcomes.
  • Manage complex cross-functional initiatives, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.
  • Operate across the product lifecycle — from identifying opportunities and validating concepts to delivering and iterating on solutions.
