The Powered by TodayTix (PxT) division is the enterprise ticketing and e-commerce arm, providing technology and tools for cultural organizations, attractions, and live events to power their box office and drive online sales. This role specifically focuses on owning the Sports vertical within PxT, requiring a candidate who thrives on data, moves fast, and is dedicated to building tools for an exceptional live event experience. The Senior Product Manager will work directly with world-class sports partners, understanding their commercial and operational needs to develop platform features that set new standards in sports ticketing. The role involves product discovery and delivery, collaborating with partners to shape solutions and bring them to life with engineering and design teams. A key aspect of the role is the utilization of AI for prototyping, validation, and accelerating learning, often starting with ambiguity to identify opportunities and form hypotheses. This position is ideal for someone who balances strong product instinct with platform thinking, valuing speed, learning, and measurable outcomes. The role also includes managing or mentoring other Product Managers to enhance product craft across the team. This is a full-time position requiring the qualified candidate to be based in the greater New York City area, with a hybrid work model involving a minimum of two days per week in the office.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of product management experience at a leading consumer or SaaS company, with at least 3 years working in sport ticketing
  • Experience managing or mentoring product managers, with a desire to help grow PM craft and capability across the team
  • A clear track record of fully owning and optimizing complex, high-performance availability features
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills – able to clearly articulate product vision, tradeoffs, and business impact
  • Experience in live events, hospitality, or a VIP environment
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments with hybrid and cross-functional teams
  • An understanding of how technology innovation and AI can deliver elevated in-person experiences
  • Qualified candidates must be based in the greater New York City area.

Nice To Haves

  • A working knowledge of professional tennis and European football will be highly valuable in this role

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with sports clubs, tournament organizers, and rights holders – inside and outside the MARI group – to surface unmet needs and define what to build.
  • Use the latest AI tools to create prototypes and briefs that communicate your product vision and validate direction early.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver platform features that meet partner goals and contribute to the PxT vision.
  • Ensure your product area grows profitably – assess investment levels, size opportunity, and track business impact.
  • Contribute to the overall PxT roadmap, working across the organization to prioritize and sequence high-ROI work.
  • Mentor junior PMs and help define what great product work looks like at TodayTix Group.
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder workstreams with rigor – keeping partners, engineering, and commercial teams aligned across long delivery cycles.
