About The Position

As the Senior Product Manager II for Membership/Retention, you’ll own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Brigit member experience in our mobile app, reporting directly to the VP of Product. Your scope will include the Brigit home screen and global navigation, as well as subscription flows, account management, and billing features. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, marketing, and customer support, owning a roadmap that grows, engages, and retains our subscribed user base.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience
  • Proven experience with B2C mobile products, preferably with a strong focus on customer journey optimization
  • Strong understanding of subscription, retention, and user engagement metrics
  • Experience with experimentation (A/B testing), analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mode), and product KPIs (LTV, churn, retention, CAC)
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, data-informed, and customer-obsessed environment

  • Experience working in a highly regulated industry (e.g., financial services, healthcare)

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for membership and subscription experiences across iOS and Android platforms
  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of features related to onboarding, product adoption, billing, retention, cross-sell, and upsell
  • Collaborate with UX designers and engineers to create intuitive, frictionless, and lovable experiences for subscribers
  • Partner with marketing and analytics teams to A/B test engagement and retention tactics
  • Use data, research, and experimentation to identify key drivers of engagement and retention and develop solutions to optimize them
  • Monitor and measure performance metrics, analyzing user behavior and feedback to continuously refine the product
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in subscription-based mobile apps
