As a Product Manager II focused on delivering value into our Apple Ecosystem, you will help define and deliver shared product capabilities and user‑facing features that scale across the broader Office ecosystem. You will collaborate deeply across engineering, design, research, data science, and business teams to build intuitive, intelligent, and impactful productivity experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
• These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Nice To Haves

• Experience and passion shipping on Apple platforms
• Experience contributing to or delivering features within a large‑scale product ecosystem.
• Familiarity with hypothesis‑driven product development, experimentation frameworks, or product‑led growth principles.
• Experience working with AI technologies, generative models, copilots, or workflow automation.
• Ability to bring clarity to ambiguous spaces and drive alignment and execution across teams.
• 2+ years of Product Management experience working on end‑user features or shared platform capabilities.
• Experience using data, user research, experimentation, or insights to inform product decisions and iterate on customer experiences.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse partners and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Leverage user research, data analysis, and competitive insights to define product scenarios, gather requirements, plan roadmaps, set success metrics, and measure outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science to build scalable, secure, and intelligent product experiences.
• Clearly communicate product goals, priorities, status, and risks across partners and stakeholders.
• Engage with cross‑functional partners—including engineering, design, marketing, and business planning—to prioritize work and deliver measurable customer and business impact.
• Participate in a culture of experimentation, continuous improvement, and customer obsession.
