As a Product Manager within CPX, you’ll contribute to advancing Commerce’s strategic pillars, including: Delivering high-quality, consistent, and actionable experiences across commerce scenarios. Supporting modernization of Microsoft’s commerce ecosystem for greater impact and efficiency. Participating in innovative efforts around AI-powered, personalized, and predictive solutions. Helping ensure compliance, security, and operational excellence on a global scale. Enabling extensibility, modularity, and resilience across our platforms. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years’ experience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in program management, product management, or engineering.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS), distributed systems, or compliance requirements is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to enhance engineering effectiveness, coupled with a curiosity and commitment to continuous learning in the field of Artificial Intelligence.
  • Communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working in teams and driving projects from concept to delivery.
  • Willingness to learn agile methodologies and contribute to product vision.

Responsibilities

  • Support product strategy and execution aligned with Commerce’s strategic pillars and Microsoft’s business objectives.
  • Requirements gathering, roadmap planning, design, delivery, and measurement.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to build scalable, secure, and intelligent solutions.
  • Drive adoption of AI-powered features, agentic workflows, and automation to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
  • Experience a culture of experimentation, continuous improvement, and customer obsession.
  • Ensure compliance with global regulations and Microsoft security standards
  • Engage with stakeholders across engineering, support, and business teams to help prioritize features and deliver measurable impact.
