About The Position

Paragon 28, a Zimmer Biomet Company focused on the Foot and Ankle is looking for a Sr Product Manager, Hindfoot to join their team. This role will shape the future of extremity care by driving the commercialization, launch, and growth of their cutting-edge Foot & Ankle portfolio, turning market insights into patient outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Biology, or related field.
  • 4–6 years in orthopedic sales, marketing, med-ed, or product development.
  • Proven success supporting medical device development and product launches.
  • Strong grasp of orthopedic procedures and surgeon workflows.
  • Expert at aligning cross-functional teams from R&D to Supply Chain.
  • Skilled in data analysis, project management, and multitasking.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must obtain and maintain hospital credentialing.

Responsibilities

  • Champion high-impact product launches and long-term portfolio growth.
  • Blend upstream innovation with downstream commercial excellence.
  • Partner with elite surgeons, R&D, Clinical Affairs, and Sales.
  • Identify market gaps to boost procedural adoption.
  • Unite diverse teams to achieve key business goals.
  • Identify unmet clinical needs and market growth opportunities.
  • Lead voice-of-customer, competitive research, and market assessments.
  • Create business cases, market analyses, and product requirements.
  • Partner with product development to ensure designs meet customer needs.
  • Help assess licensing, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
  • Support global product launches and platform expansions.
  • Develop product positioning, value propositions, and marketing collateral.
  • Contribute to marketing plans, pricing, and revenue forecasts.
  • Partner with Operations on inventory planning and launch readiness.
  • Manage solutions across implants, biologics, and workflows.
  • Support sales teams with surgeon conversion and procedural adoption.
  • Create sales assets, digital content, and procedural guides.
  • Coordinate surgeon education, cadaver labs, and national meetings.
  • Serve as the go-to technical resource for reps and customers.
  • Align Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, Finance, and Operations.
  • Analyze product performance, market trends, and competitor moves.
  • Assist with business reviews, forecasts, and international support.
