About The Position

Bevi is a category leader in IoT-enabled beverage technology, aiming to transform beverage delivery and consumption by eliminating single-use bottles and cans. The company has secured significant venture capital funding and serves a large customer base across multiple countries, with a strong focus on sustainability and growth. Bevi is actively investing in new product development, and this role is crucial for launching next-generation hardware products. The Senior Product Manager will lead a high-priority hardware initiative from conception through market launch, acting as a key liaison between engineering, design, operations, and commercial teams to ensure successful, scalable product delivery that customers will love.

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of product management experience, ideally with physical or connected hardware products (consumer electronics, appliances, IoT, CPG, or adjacent categories).
  • Demonstrated experience owning a hardware product through a full launch cycle from definition through GA and beyond.
  • Strong instincts on when to go deep vs. move fast; ability to run scrappy experiments without cutting corners.
  • Quantitatively sharp: comfortable analyzing data from deployed fleets, identifying trends, and turning them into decisions.
  • Excellent communicator who can tailor messages to different audiences (customers, engineers, board members).
  • High ownership mentality; proactive and ensures nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment where the path isn’t always paved.
  • Technical bachelor’s degree preferred; ability to earn the respect of the engineering team is paramount.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for a hardware initiative, balancing near-term launch milestones with longer-term market opportunity.
  • Translate customer insights, market signals, and business goals into a clear product vision.
  • Make prioritization calls under ambiguity and align stakeholders.
  • Act as the internal champion for the product, aligning stakeholders from engineering to the executive team.
  • Regularly engage with customers, prospects, and channel partners to understand unmet needs.
  • Build a deep understanding of jobs-to-be-done across target verticals.
  • Run lightweight experiments to test hypotheses before full builds.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and surface insights to sharpen product positioning.
  • Partner with Digital and Beverage Product, Engineering, Design, Program Management, Operations, and Quality to drive the product through development stages, including owning product requirements.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Sales, and Marketing to ensure go-to-market readiness.
  • Define pricing, positioning, and value proposition in partnership with Product Marketing and Finance.
  • Track product performance post-launch and use data for continuous improvement.
  • Own the commercial narrative for the product, internally and externally.
  • Identify opportunities to improve unit economics and scale efficiently.
