About The Position

reAlpha Tech Corp. is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Growth to join their lean product team. This role involves owning the full execution layer end-to-end for a portfolio of reAlpha products, from opportunity identification through design oversight, build, rollout, and optimization. The primary focus will be on Growth surfaces that determine how reAlpha converts and qualifies buyers, including sign-up flows, onboarding, search, listing pages, tours, pre-qualification, and the Homebuying Hub. The core metrics for this role will be lead volume and lead quality. The position reports directly to the COO while a new VP of Product is being hired.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of product management experience at a consumer or marketplace company.
  • Experience owning a funnel.
  • Experience building or rebuilding product process at an early-stage company.
  • Schedule flexibility to maintain daily overlap with a Nepal-based engineering team (available until approximately 12pm ET).
  • Proficiency in using AI in daily work for research, planning, writing, and review.
  • Ability to track capability releases and update workflows based on new AI tools.
  • Thinking in systems: inputs, outputs, handoffs, feedback loops.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in proptech, fintech, or another regulated consumer-facing vertical.
  • CRM experience (High Level, Customer.io).
  • Experience with ML or data products where the model is part of the UX.
  • Ability to hold the full product architecture in mind while managing short-term deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Draft the roadmap from first principles, considering customer signal, usage data, business goals, and competitive context.
  • Decide what not to build and provide well-reasoned sequencing arguments.
  • Surface areas where strategy needs sharpening and propose solutions.
  • Define success metrics before engineering begins and translate problems into executable briefs.
  • Write PRDs with clear acceptance criteria and create prototypes as needed.
  • Direct design efforts and own the briefs for design work.
  • Partner with engineers and designers across time zones, managing scope effectively.
  • Maintain a productive cadence of groomed and designed work ready for development.
  • Own the feature launch process, including sequencing, communication, and support readiness.
  • Keep business stakeholders informed about what is being built, why, and when.
  • Analyze feature performance, iterate, double down, or move on based on results.
  • Ensure the next opportunity is better informed than the last.
