About The Position

Teramind is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Teramind Endpoint Agent end-to-end. This pivotal role involves leading the roadmap, priorities, and outcomes for the Agent organization, which constitutes approximately half of Teramind's engineering efforts across multiple operating systems. The Endpoint Agent is a key differentiator for Teramind's platform, capturing behavioral signals for detection, data loss prevention, analytics, and AI. The successful candidate will bring product rigor, customer insight, prioritization discipline, and technical judgment to a team capable of developing world-class endpoint technology. This role reports to the VP of Product and collaborates with other product managers to cover Teramind's entire product surface area.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years owning a technical platform, SDK, agent, or systems-level product.
  • Technical depth is non-negotiable; ability to reason about Windows architecture, understand macOS system extensions and Endpoint Security vs Network Extension frameworks, and have informed opinions about agent architecture.
  • Endpoint or systems background, with experience shipping products in categories such as endpoint security (EDR, EPP, XDR), endpoint agents for monitoring or management, OS-level tools, developer tools, systems software, or infrastructure products.
  • Experience with products like CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Microsoft Defender, Tanium, JumpCloud, or similar is directly relevant.
  • Ability to think in outcomes, not just features, defining success by metrics like customer rollout velocity or detection coverage.
  • Comfort with security trade-offs, including visibility vs. privacy, tamper protection vs. usability, and cloud processing vs. on-device intelligence.
  • Ability to translate across audiences: engineers, customers, executives, and security teams.
  • Rigor in product management practices, including PRDs, prioritization frameworks, release cadence, and success metrics.
  • Strong written communication skills for PRDs, decision memos, release notes, and engineering specs.

Nice To Haves

  • Engineering background earlier in career (systems, kernel, driver, or low-level platform programming).
  • Direct experience with Windows Filter Drivers, Minifilters, or WFP.
  • Experience with macOS Endpoint Security framework or Network Extensions.
  • Exposure to MDM ecosystems (Jamf, Intune, Workspace ONE, Kandji).
  • Experience shipping to Linux endpoints (eBPF, kernel modules, or userspace agents).
  • Background in insider risk, DLP, or behavioral analytics.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML at the edge or on-device inference.
  • Experience navigating EDR/AV co-existence and exclusion lists at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Agent roadmap across all platforms (Windows, macOS, Linux, and expansion into more platforms), determining what ships, in what order, and why.
  • Balance customer-driven feature work, platform modernization, performance, and security hardening on a single prioritized backlog.
  • Translate business vision into engineering reality by synthesizing signals from executive strategy, sister product teams, sales, customer success, customer interviews, competitor moves, analyst input, and engineering discussions.
  • Develop the roadmap for an enterprise-ready agent that is bulletproof, undetectable, resilient against tampering, and reliable in hostile environments.
  • Set and defend the performance bar for the agent, focusing on CPU cycles, memory usage, battery consumption, and network bandwidth.
  • Define, measure, and meet product KPIs such as adoption, version rollout velocity, deployment success rate, agent stability, performance benchmarks, detection coverage, and time-to-patch on OS changes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key industry players including Microsoft, Apple, the Linux ecosystem, MDM vendors (Jamf, Intune), major AV/EDR vendors, and the research community.
  • Represent Teramind credibly in technical conversations regarding the agent's architecture.

Benefits

  • Collaboration with a forward-thinking team where new ideas come to life, experience is valued, and talent is incubated.
  • Competitive compensation
  • Career growth opportunities
  • Flexible paid time off
  • Laptop reimbursement
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities
