About The Position

We are seeking 2-3 Product Managers to drive progress across one of our key new product bets. These roles involve expanding our product offerings beyond car insurance into new verticals such as motorcycle insurance, home insurance, and insurance for other assets like boats and RVs. Additionally, we are developing non-insurance products to simplify car and home ownership, like assisting customers with property tax savings. Each new product area presents unique operational complexities, customer personas, pain points, and scaling challenges. We are looking for individuals who are excited to take ownership of these new ventures and build them from the ground up.

Requirements

5+ years in management consulting (MBB or equivalent), consumer-facing product management, or equivalent role at a high-growth startup
Consumer product instincts, either from direct product building experience or from close work alongside consumer product teams
Comfort with data: able to run your own analysis and build conviction from messy signals
First-principles thinker: approach problems with curiosity and use data to develop clear hypotheses before reaching for a solution.
An owner: act like your name is on the door. If something is broken, feel responsible for fixing it, even if it’s outside of your swim lane.
Empathetic & Curious: care deeply about understanding what drives how customers think, feel and behave.
Diligent: follow through is impeccable. When owning something, nothing falls through the cracks.
