About The Position

Jerry.ai is seeking experienced Product Managers to drive progress across key new product initiatives. The company is at an inflection point, expanding its product offerings beyond its core car insurance marketplace to include motorcycle insurance, home insurance, insurance for other assets like boats and RVs, and non-insurance products such as property tax savings. Each new product area presents unique operational complexities, customer personas, and scaling challenges. The ideal candidates will be builders excited to take ownership of these new ventures, driving them from concept to product-market fit and scaling.

Requirements

5+ years in management consulting (MBB or equivalent), consumer-facing product management, or equivalent role at a high-growth startup
Consumer product instincts, either from direct product building experience or from close work alongside consumer product teams
Comfort with data: able to run your own analysis and build conviction from messy signals
First-principles thinker: approach problems with curiosity and use data to develop clear hypotheses before reaching for a solution.
An owner: act like your name is on the door. If something is broken, feel responsible for fixing it, even if it’s outside of your swim lane.
Empathetic & Curious: care deeply about understanding what drives how customers think, feel and behave.
Diligent: impeccable follow-through. When owning something, nothing falls through the cracks.
