$140,000 - $165,000Hybrid

About The Position

MedSpeed is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of their Customer Portal, which serves as the primary digital touchpoint for B2B customers across web and mobile platforms. This role involves shaping the customer experience to drive adoption, retention, and satisfaction. The Product Manager will collaborate closely with engineering, design, customer success, and sales teams. The technology stack includes Flutter for the front end (web and mobile) and .NET for the back end. While coding is not required, a strong understanding of modern cross-platform development is necessary. The company emphasizes 'product sense' – the ability to discern valuable features, understand underlying customer needs, make decisions with incomplete data, manage scope effectively, and empathize with diverse user personas. The interview process will include critiquing the existing portal, prioritizing improvements, and discussing past product decisions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience owning a B2B web or mobile product.
  • Track record of shipping customer-facing portal, dashboard, or SaaS products.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including designers, QA, and 5+ engineers.
  • Strong product discovery instincts, including customer interviews and synthesizing feedback.
  • Fluency with modern product delivery mechanics: agile ceremonies, backlog management in Jira, and design collaboration in Figma.
  • Data fluency across multiple sources, including product analytics (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA, or similar), error/observability tools (Sentry), and BI/SQL.
  • Demonstrated, current use of AI in daily PM workflow, specifically mentioning Claude or comparable tools for research synthesis, spec writing, prototyping, and feedback analysis.
  • Solid technical fluency, including understanding of APIs, common web/mobile architecture concepts, and ability to discuss trade-offs with engineers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including writing PRDs, presenting roadmaps, and explaining technical concepts.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Flutter, .NET, or similar cross-platform mobile and enterprise backend stacks.
  • Prior experience building products, applications, or technologies for last-mile logistics, healthcare delivery systems, or national and regional lab operations.
  • Experience launching or scaling a customer self-service portal.
  • Prior experience managing a team that grew significantly in a short period.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Customer Portal across web and mobile platforms.
  • Translate customer needs, business goals, and market insights into a clear, prioritized backlog with well-defined requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Lead discovery work, including customer interviews, usability sessions, competitive research, and analysis of product dashboards and error/observability data to identify friction points and validate solutions.
  • Apply strong product sense and judgment to make confident decisions with incomplete data.
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance productivity in drafting PRDs, synthesizing feedback, analyzing usage patterns, prototyping, and research.
  • Partner with designers to create intuitive and accessible experiences across Flutter web and mobile clients.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to scope work, make trade-offs, unblock decisions, and ensure quality delivery, including managing sprint planning, backlog grooming, and roadmap reviews.
  • Define and track success metrics (adoption, engagement, retention, NPS, support deflection, time-to-value) to guide future development.
  • Collaborate with customer success, support, and sales to identify customer pain points, communicate roadmap changes, and enable go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations across the business by communicating roadmap updates, changes, and reasons clearly.
  • Contribute to team growth by providing input on hiring, onboarding, and squad structure as the team scales.
