Requirements

Experience as a Product Manager for a named credit card product.
Deep understanding of card economics, including interchange, rewards cost, credit loss, and customer LTV.
Proven track record of shipping credit card features that have positively impacted key metrics.
Experience working cross-functionally with credit, compliance, and legal teams while maintaining speed.
Demonstrated drive and proactivity; a builder and executor mindset.
Fintech background strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Own the product roadmap for the credit card, including rewards, features, digital experience, and servicing.
Define the value proposition of the credit card to ensure it is desirable and retained by customers.
Collaborate with credit, engineering, design, compliance, and marketing teams to launch new features and products.
Utilize cardholder data to understand customer behavior and inform product decisions.
Aggressively leverage AI to analyze cardholder behavior in real-time, personalize the product experience, and accelerate innovation beyond traditional issuers.
