The Consumer Platforms team exists to ensure Roblox delivers a cohesive, delightful, and highly optimized experience across every device our community uses. As the Senior Product Manager for Web, you will own the strategy for our massive web platform, evolving it into a highly effective user acquisition engine and a seamless, out-of-session companion to our 3D gaming ecosystem. You will orchestrate initiatives across multiple domains to systematically streamline the top-of-funnel journey and ensure our web architecture remains cutting-edge. This role reports to the Product Lead for Consumer Platforms.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience, with a proven track record of shipping consumer web platforms, growth/acquisition funnels, or complex digital ecosystems.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar technical field.
  • Deep familiarity with modern web technologies and a history of successfully partnering with engineering on technical infrastructure or platform evolution.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, capable of driving cross-functional alignment and leading by influence in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Extensive experience executing A/B testing at scale and utilizing data to significantly improve user conversion and retention metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the multi-year product strategy for Roblox.com, focusing on user acquisition funnels, conversion rates, and core web platform modernization.
  • Partner closely with engineering and design to continuously evolve and elevate the web user experience, leveraging modern capabilities to ensure a highly performant and responsive platform.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional alignment with adjacent product teams (such as Discovery, Growth, and Accounts) to ensure a seamless transition from web discovery to native app gameplay.
  • Explore and implement innovative ways the website can serve as an out-of-session companion, keeping players engaged with their communities and the digital economy.
  • Drive large-scale A/B testing and utilize product analytics to systematically eliminate friction and accelerate time-to-value for new users.
