Senior Product Manager, Client Marketplace

Grow TherapySan Francisco, CA
$182,000 - $227,000Hybrid

About The Position

Grow Therapy is on a mission to serve as the trusted partner for therapists growing their practice, and patients accessing high-quality care. Powered by technology, we are a three-sided marketplace that empowers providers, augments insurance payors, and serves patients. Following the mass increase in depression and anxiety, the need for accessibility is more important than ever. To make our vision for mental healthcare a reality, we’re building a team of entrepreneurs and mission-driven go-getters. Since launching in February 2021, we’ve empowered more than ten thousand therapists and hundreds of thousands of clients across the country and insurance landscape. We’ve raised more than $328Mm in funding, including our Series D, at a $3B valuation from Sequoia Capital, Transformation Capital, TCV, SignalFire, Menlo Ventures, Goldman Sachs Alternatives, and others. About the Role As a Senior Product Manager for the Client Marketplace at Grow, you'll be at the heart of one of the most meaningful product areas in the company — defining the experience that helps people find the right therapist and take that first step toward care. Finding a therapist can feel overwhelming. There are questions about fit, cost, availability, and trust, all at a moment when someone is already potentially in a vulnerable place. Our Client Marketplace exists to meet people in that moment with empathy, clarity, and confidence, turning what could be an overwhelming decision into an empowering one. You'll own core marketplace moments, including provider profiles and our booking experience, that every client moves through on their way to care. This means setting the standard for what a consumer-grade experience looks like in healthcare: intuitive, warm, and effective. This is a high-impact role for a PM who cares deeply about supporting people on their therapy journey and who wants their work to matter.
