Our talent matching technology is embedded in ATS, HCM, and job boards, enabling workflows across recruiting, job search, and career navigation. Many ATS platforms have tried to build their own search and match, only to learn it is slower, costlier, and riskier than expected: AdeptID has shown early partners that our APIs are better, safer, faster, and cheaper than building in-house. Our API business and our staffing business reinforce each other: the same core software and data power both, the API business sharpens the matching technology, and the staffing business puts it to work placing people. Backed by leading investors, we have a healthy balance sheet and are in an ambitious growth phase: investing in technology, acquiring staffing businesses, and building the team that will define the next generation of talent matching. The Role We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead our candidate experience initiatives. Our staffing database has millions of records. You will own the strategy and execution to give a differentiated, zero-friction experience to our candidates: the nurses and allied health clinicians we place into healthcare jobs. This is a high-impact role: every improvement in candidate experience directly increases placement rates (creating revenue), reduces the amount of time recruiters spend on high-volume top-of-funnel outreach, and helps put a skilled clinician into an important healthcare job.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with a focus on B2C experiences and a strong sense of product design
- Eagerness to move fast and iterate: we have daily access to SMEs and end users, and this role is about applying what you learn from them in an AI-assisted development environment
- Strong analytical skills: you think in metrics and can define what 'good' looks like for a candidate and how to test our way into constant improvement
Nice To Haves
- Staffing, recruiting, or HR tech experience is also helpful
- Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-moving environment
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for candidate onboarding, placement, and reengagement experience.
- Define success metrics and build dashboards to track the entire candidate funnel across both human-led and AI-driven touchpoints.
- Partner with engineering to rapidly build and iterate on the candidate portal and supporting workflows.
- Work with operations to understand recruiter workflows and identify the highest-leverage improvements to candidate experience.
