About The Position

The Senior Product Manager supports the development of high-value automation opportunities across CenterWell segments, including Home Health, Primary Care, and Pharmacy. You will partner with teams to analyze workflows, uncover inefficiencies, and design human-centered, AI-enabled solutions that improve efficiency and experience. You will use data analysis and process mapping to define opportunity areas and leading indicators to measure success. You will contribute to scalable automation efforts and responsible AI adoption within a regulated healthcare environment. You will report to the Director, Product Automation. You will work with CenterWell segment teams to identify and assess opportunities for automation that can improve operational efficiency and user experience. You will apply process mapping, journey mapping, and data analysis to highlight friction points and support the sizing and prioritization of opportunities. You will contribute to the development and validation of automation use cases, partnering with product, engineering, clinical, compliance, and operational partners. Additionally, you will help define leading indicators, monitors performance trends, and help refine solutions based on data and feedback. You will collaborate and apply human-centered design to ensure solutions meet user needs.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience strategy, service design, process improvement, analytics, or automation-related roles.
  • Experience with process mapping (e.g., journey maps, swimlanes) and using data to identify inefficiencies and support opportunity development.
  • Knowledge of automation technologies (e.g., RPA, workflow tools) and familiarity with AI/ML or generative AI concepts.
  • Basic understanding of healthcare workflows, operations, or regulated environments (Home Health, Primary Care, Pharmacy preferred).
  • Experience working with product, engineering, operations, or business teams.
  • Ability to translate user needs and feedback into applicable insights and solution ideas.
  • Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
