Atlas is the leading curriculum management platform, serving over 1,500 schools, primarily in the U.S. Atlas is a part of the Faria Educational Group of solutions. We are looking for a Product Manager responsible for leading product development from research to creating requirements, and approving user stories for new features in the Atlas Curriculum Management product. You will be working closely with the global Atlas development team. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to maintain the product roadmap via careful assessment of customer, support and sales teams’ feedback. Coordinating across multiple teams and time zones, this high-communications position requires strong attention to detail to ensure dependencies are satisfied, new features are released, and stakeholders inside and outside the organization are informed.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in a combination of Product Management, SaaS technology, EdTech in K-12 environments, and/or education
  • Education experience in teaching, administration, and/or curriculum development
  • First-hand experience with the U.S. public school system (K-12), deep understanding of the education industry
  • Proven ability to deliver features that address educators’ needs
  • A high level of communication between business stakeholders (including sales, customer support, account management, educators) is needed to reach a common understanding how our solutions address needs
  • Fluent in verbal and written English for communication and creating documentation ( Functional Specifications)
  • Communicates fluently with K-12 education customers in the US, and with Faria colleagues in various departments
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Navigate JIRA and Confluence projects, keeping spaces organized and up to date
  • Leverages AI prompt engineering and Model Context Protocol (MCP) to build context-aware, intelligent tools
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for data-informed decision making
  • Technical knowledge of data and integrations

Responsibilities

  • Understanding Faria’s goals and business needs and recommending potential solutions
  • Evaluating the value being delivered by new and existing Atlas features
  • Sharing product updates and the roadmap, while collecting feedback from various stakeholders
  • Participate in client calls and events
  • Prioritize features based on strategic value, technical feasibility, and school-system impact
  • Stay abreast of relevant education industry/market research
