About The Position

Canary Technologies is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the development of its AI Voice product. This product powers intelligent, real-time voice interactions between hotels and their guests, operating at the intersection of cutting-edge AI and enterprise hospitality. The role involves managing the full conversational AI lifecycle, requiring technical curiosity, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to transform complex challenges into successful products.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in product management, with experience shipping AI, conversational AI, or technically complex SaaS products.
  • Technical fluency in conversational AI, including LLMs, NLP, and dialog management, to effectively collaborate with engineers.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to connect product metrics to customer and business outcomes.
  • Experience working directly with customers and incorporating their feedback into product development.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and align teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the roadmap for AI Voice, translating customer needs and business priorities into a clear plan for product releases.
  • Monitor AI accuracy, resolution rates, and system performance, identifying and addressing potential issues before they impact customers.
  • Engage directly with hotel clients and internal stakeholders to understand operational pain points (e.g., staffing constraints, call volume spikes, multilingual guests) and translate them into product requirements.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, AI/ML, and Infrastructure teams to prioritize platform investments in reliability, latency, and scale.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as resolution rate, accuracy, latency, and containment, using data to inform prioritization and communicate progress.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment as new AI capabilities are rolled out.
