About The Position

At Sprinter Health, our mission is reimagining how people access care by bringing it directly to their homes. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager, AI Clinical Tools to increase patient access to Sprinter Health services by building AI-enabled clinical tools for our clinicians. This role will work closely with our Chief Scientist and internal AI research lab (Sprinter Labs) to refine proprietary models and empower our front-line clinicians. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with strategic planning and hands-on execution, with significant opportunities for impact and growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience.
  • Strong background in AI-driven product development or clinical tooling.
  • Experience deploying AI products, automation, or machine learning-driven solutions in healthcare, logistics, or operations-heavy environments.
  • Ability to understand and optimize workflows across complex clinical workflows while balancing tech-enablement, patient impact, and clinician satisfaction.
  • Track record of robust experimentation and data-driven product development at the 1-to-n scale.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute across team needs.
  • Comfortable at the strategic level (owning multi-year vision + roadmap).
  • Energized by having hands-on optimization levers across important drivers of patient impact and business performance.

Responsibilities

  • Own the tooling to support efficient, impactful, delightful clinician workflows.
  • Develop and own the AI-native Care Console, serving as the clinician cockpit for in-home and virtual clinicians.
  • Embed agentic next-best-action flows at the point of care to streamline care plans.
  • Translate proprietary foundation models into clinical impact across all clinical tooling surfaces.
  • Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for automation across Sprinter Health’s technology and operations stack.
  • Manage full stack AI product development, from foundation model translation to point of care decision support.
  • Engage with a broad range of stakeholders, including patients, front-line clinicians, cross-functional teams, leadership, and partner clients.
  • Serve as an internal domain expert on AI and clinical tooling.
  • Potentially lead a team, depending on experience level and career path.
